Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create engaging, intuitive, and user-centric digital experiences. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, translating them into design concepts, and working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver elegant and functional interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand user behavior and pain points.
- Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Create design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability data.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies.
- Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and optimized for performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, user flows, and final product designs.
- Understanding of responsive design, user-centered principles, and usability heuristics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion/interaction design and microinteractions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience working with design systems like Material Design, Carbon, or Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
